We lived in a nice neighborhood between 61st and 71st; Sheridan and Memorial in Tulsa in a two story home for 30 years. Stairs and traffic became a concern so we started looking for alternative locations for a possible move which would respond to these concerns. After many months of searching we found a new development at Forest Ridge, The Cottages, just getting ready to open which met and surpassed our needs and expectations. We found many developments in the Tulsa Area but none with a complete master plan comparable with Forest Ridge ("FR"). The amenities in FR are very diverse and impressive, something for everyone. There is golf, fishing, walking & biking trails, tennis, swimming, parks, playgrounds for children, a fine restaurant (Cafe Savannah's) and a variety of special events planned for the community throughout the year. The covenants and restriction were also very important to us. We came from a neighborhood where covenants existed and were enforced. We observed the favorable impact such restrictions have in keeping property values at a higher level when compared to the overall market for a given area. The biggest factor in our decision was the stability and professional staff of the developer, The Robson Companies. Many attractive areas exist in Greater Tulsa but the development entity is here today and gone tomorrow. We feel the investment in our home in The Cottages at Forest Ridge is better protected than any other development we considered. The Cottages and Forest Ridge has the feel of a neighborhood or small town. We are a community. It is an outstanding lifestyle choice when you chose to move to Forest Ridge. H & L Frank The Cottages

We have live in Forest Ridge for seven years. Started out in Stanford's Landing and moved to a Lynn Palmer Parade Home in 2002. We have enjoyed the lifestlye available here at Forest Ridge. When people come to visit they are always amazed that there are people in their yards and people out walking will always wave, just like they know them.
