That’s right refer The Robson Companies a NEW construction home or homesite (lot) buyer and after they close, the Developer will pay your Annual Forest Ridge homeowner association dues for 3 years. New construction property includes any new home in our inventory or any homesite/lot owned by The Robson Companies.
Participation is easy:
- Provide The Robson Companies with a name of someone who is or might be interested in moving to Forest Ridge and we will contact them, or,
- Bring in your referral and introduce them to our staff at Robson Realty, or,
- Have your referral visit The Information Center and tell us who referred them.
Details of the promotion:
- The Developer is offering 3 years of Forest Ridge HOA Annual Dues Credit for each new construction referral buyer at Forest Ridge.
- New construction property includes a new construction home in our inventory or homesite/lot.
- Forest Ridge HOA Annual Dues Credit is for current homeowners within Forest Ridge only. Renters of any property within the community are not eligible.
- Referring Forest Ridge Homeowner must complete the referral form at the offices of Robson Realty prior to closing.
- Upon the closing of new construction property the Developer, The Robson Companies, Inc. of the Forest Ridge Community, will provide credit towards your annual Forest Ridge HOA dues account for the next billing year.
- Credit may be used for Forest Ridge Annual HOA Dues only and does not apply to monthly HOA fees for Ashton, The Cottages, The Villas & Wellstone residents.
- Only one existing Forest Ridge Resident per new referral will be accepted.
- Offer expires April 30th of each year and any new construction property must close by this date in order to be included in the current year billing cycle.
- Referrals which close after April 30th will receive credit on the following years billing cycle.
- Referrals accompanied by a Realtor are eligible provided the current referring Forest Ridge Resident completes the required form prior to closing.
- Previously owned homesites (including Bank Owned), homes or re-sales are not eligible.
- Outstanding balances on an account are not applicable for credit.
- Current Residents may refer themselves if they purchase a new construction home in inventory or a homesite/lot as long as all other guidelines are met.
- If the referring Forest Ridge Resident moves out of Forest Ridge remaining credit, if any, is void and is non-transferable.
- No cash value is available.
- Referral must be on file with Robson Realty at least 24 hours prior to closing.
