Residents can also purchase an annual membership that includes green and cart fees for one year, three guests per visit at the Club Card fee, 7-day advance tee times, unlimited use of range, management of golf handicap and discounts on club sponsored events, golf shop merchandise and all food. Not necessarily. However, we provide a service to potential new residents with our Information Center and this extends to your Realtor. Realtors have access to areas including a work room, computers, fax machine, conference room and general information regarding Forest Ridge. We strongly recommend you to insist your Realtor to bring you by our offices to receive the complete story of Forest Ridge. |

What types of communication is offered to Residents? |

The Robson Companies produce a monthly newsletter containing news and information about the community that is mailed to every Resident. We also provide Resident Only email communication. This is strictly voluntary and is only used for news & information. The Robson Companies will not distribute or sell email addresses. We also offer a pass word protected Resident Only section to the website. In addition our offices are open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. to answer any additional questions.
