The Forest Ridge Homeowners Association requires that each resident pay annual dues to support the maintenance of common areas, nature trails, parks and other amenities. Homeowners’ dues do not contribute to the Forest Ridge Golf Club or Forest Ridge Swim & Tennis Center. Each Forest Ridge homeowner pays the following annual dues:

Ashton: $283
Ashton Homeowners pay and additional $50 per month for maintenance of the entry, landscaping and upkeep of Ashton Drive, a private street.

Deercreek: $283

Deerfield: $248

Lochmere: $283

Oaklane: $248

Somerset: $248

Stanford's Landing: $283

The Cottages: $283
The Cottages Homeowners Association assesses each resident with an additional fee of $115 per month to cover the cost of lawn care, landscaping, common area irrigation and gates

The Courtyards: $283

The Highlands: $248

The Pointe: $283

The Villas: $283
The Villas Homeowners Association assesses each resident with an additional fee of $115 per month to cover the cost of lawn care, landscaping and common area irrigation (includes yards with the Villas).

Wellstone: $283
Wellstone Homeowners Association assesses each resident with an additional fee of $20 per month to cover the cost of gates and private streets.
