Builder Application Requirements
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from homeowners or customers
- Major supplier references for the past two (2) years.
- Major subcontract references for the past two (2) years.
- Applicant must agree that The Robson Companies may conduct a confidential Business Credit Review, utilizing credit or financial management agencies to provide such reports.
- Applicant shall furnish Certificate of Insurance coverage to The Robson Companies. Minimum insurance requirements include but are not limited to: General Liability of $300,000, Worker’s Compensation.
